As a busy business owner and active MD, her role is extremely varied, encompassing the overall management and creative direction of the business, and in particular the sales and marketing for all business areas, having had an extensive career in marketing in London. Since opening Delicioso in 2008, like many business owners Helen has had to jump many hurdles, but she thrives on the challenge of developing her own business.

Evolving the business areas of Delicioso over the years to an ever changing market place gives her enormous job satisfaction.  

Building the finest team to help her service such a wide range of clients - Wedding & Catering Clients, Superyachts & Villa Owners, is the one thing she is the most proud of. Without my team I would not be able to offer such an excellent service to such a broad range of clients and I am very proud of them. Helen is excited about what is to come for Delicioso as it continues to evolve & grow.

Manuel Mulero trained at culinary school in Madrid before building his career across restaurants, hotels, and high-end catering in both Madrid and Mallorca. After working closely with leading chefs, including time as the right-hand to Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, he moved to Mallorca, where he became head chef in several respected kitchens before founding his own catering business.

Manuel brings deep experience in both restaurant and large-scale event catering, with a particular passion for raw preparations, ceviches, and precise, product-led cooking. His approach blends strong technique with calm organisation — something that is essential when cooking for weddings and events in unique, off-site locations.

Since joining Delicioso as Head Chef, Manuel has been refining menus with improved techniques, higher-quality produce, and more considered presentation. Couples booking for 2026 onwards will be working directly with Manuel, whose focus is on delivering food that feels generous, thoughtful, and beautifully executed, supported by a close-knit kitchen team who genuinely enjoy working together.

For Manuel, great catering is not just about flavour, but about atmosphere, preparation, and doing things with care.

Marie is the Office Manager at Delicioso and the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from the very beginning. She plays a central role in guiding couples and event hosts through the planning process, making each step feel organised, clear, and enjoyable.

Marie is passionate about delivering truly personal service, ensuring that every client receives an experience tailored specifically to them. She works closely with our wedding venue partners and takes particular pleasure in helping couples choose the perfect setting for their celebration, aligning atmosphere, location, and vision.

Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, Marie connects effortlessly with our international clients. A true foodie at heart, her love of food — combined with her genuine passion for people — makes her role at Delicioso a natural and perfect fit.

Richard Greaves is Delicioso’s Driver and right-hand man. Since 2018, he has been delivering provisions, orders, and crew meals to yachts across the island. The unique nature of the yachting industry — and the need to expect the unexpected — keeps each day interesting and fun. Driving around scenic Mallorca for a living is an added bonus.

As you would expect, Richard knows Mallorca like the back of his hand. His advice to visitors is simple: hire a car and explore — you’ll be surprised by just how beautiful the island is. A firm believer that Mallorca is the perfect place to get married, Richard’s advice to couples considering the island is: “Just do it! Whatever you are looking for, we have everything here.”

Barbora is the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring a smooth customer relationship for weddings and any other events.

It is Barbora’s passion to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and an experience tailored to them. Barbora works with our wedding venue partners and loves helping our clients to choose the perfect setting for their event. Her core values are kindness, integrity, and equality and she loves working with like-minded people.

Mica, the Events Manager at Delicioso Catering, has over 10 years of experience in the industry, organizing events in Buenos Aires, Uruguay, and Mallorca. Her background as a chief stewardess on superyachts has given her a sharp eye for detail and a passion for seamless service.

Known for her professionalism and dynamic leadership, Mica ensures every event is executed flawlessly, creating unforgettable experiences for her clients.

Our events team is supplemented by a trusted and experienced pool of professional waiters, bar staff, and chefs who work seasonally as our events’ schedule demands.
