A ceremony among the vines, drinks in the garden and dinner around an olive tree: Victoria and Cameron's wedding at Terra ION in Andratx brought several different parts of the venue into one celebration. For couples researching wedding catering in Mallorca for 2027 or 2028, their menu offers an example of how sharing dishes can suit an outdoor vineyard wedding.
Delicioso's catering plan covered welcome refreshments, six canapés, Mediterranean sharing dishes, dessert and bar service. The venue supplied its own wines and furniture, with Delicioso providing the dining utensils, glassware and a bar for the garden reception.

Lemonade and water were arranged for guests arriving at the wine-truck area. After the vineyard ceremony, the reception moved to the elevated garden, with Aperol alongside wine, cava, beer and soft drinks.
Dinner was arranged around the olive tree. Small floral arrangements prepared by the bride's aunt left space on the tables for shared platters. That practical detail matters: a sharing menu needs room for the food as well as the flowers.
The canapé selection included mozzarella, tomato and basil skewers; oxtail croquettes with red pepper mayonnaise; pork cheeks with kimchi toast; octopus with piquillo pepper mayonnaise; crispy prawns with mango dip; and beef tartare on a yuca cracker.
Spanish antipasti brought Serrano ham, chorizo and Manchego to the table, alongside bread, alioli and green olives. The main menu paired king prawn and salmon skewers with herb-marinated chicken and fish prepared with lemon, garlic, capers and olives.
Watermelon, feta and mint salad, sweet potato wedges with truffle and Parmesan, and tabbouleh added variety to the sharing feast. Eton mess finished the meal.

Alongside the food, the arrangements included cava, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea, and evening bar service with selected cocktails and gin and tonic. Terra ION supplied the wines, furniture and lighting. Planner Rebecca Severs was on the wedding team, with Ola from The Lumery as photographer. For a destination wedding, agreeing those responsibilities early helps you understand both the service and the budget.
As an illustrative starting allowance, a full-service catering budget for around 50 adults might be approximately €10,000–€15,000. This is not the cost of Victoria and Cameron's wedding or a Delicioso quote. Your menu, drinks, service hours and the equipment already available at the venue will affect the proposal. Confirm VAT and exclusions separately.
Looking for English-speaking wedding catering in Mallorca for 2027 or 2028? Tell Delicioso your date, venue and approximate guest numbers, and ask for a proposal built around your celebration.
Delicioso offers Tapas & Paella as well as Mediterranean Sharing and Classic wedding menus. Victoria and Cameron chose a Mediterranean menu, but your own proposal can explore a different style.
That was the arrangement for this wedding. Confirm your own venue's inclusions before budgeting, rather than assuming the same arrangement applies to every booking.
When you enquire, ask to plan your menu, drinks and catering arrangements in English. Share your venue, guest numbers and any dietary requirements so the proposal addresses your celebration.
The number of guests, menu, drinks, service hours and equipment requirements all affect the total. At this wedding, the venue supplied wine and furniture. Your own quotation should show who supplies each element and whether VAT is included.
Send your preferred date, venue or shortlist, approximate guest numbers and the style of food you have in mind. Delicioso can then discuss availability and the scope of your catering proposal.
